The Italian Embassy in Helsinki is the only office in Finland responsible for issuing entry visas to Italy.
LONG-TERM VISA (National Visa)
Long-term Visa (‘National Visa’) allows access to Italy for long stays (over 90 days). As long as it is valid, it allows free circulation for a period not exceeding 90 days per semester in the territory of the other Member States (VN), type D.

In case you need a Visa, please check the list of the required documentation per each type of Visa – as well as processing timeframe and booking procedures – by selecting the Visa type from the menu on the right side of the page.
The Consular Section may ask to provide further documentation/information, according to the specific visa type/single case.
